hurriKane Solutions Jump Starts Auto Parts Website
Chicago, IL -May 2007- Launching its first website, Car Parts Aisle turned to hurriKane Solutions to help them create a world-wide brand and identity. hurriKane Solutions not only launched a powerful e-commerce site for the Michigan-based car parts company, but created a brand and logo for the company as well.
Car Parts Aisle has over sixty years of auto parts experience. The family-owned business began selling auto parts just after World War I, and this is their first attempt to use the World Wide Web to sell their parts.

hurriKane Solutions designed a fully functioning e-Commerce website for the company that specializes in selling radiator parts and pieces. The plan is to slowly expand the parts offered as the business grows. The company offers radiators and condensers for over 30,000 different types of cars and trucks. The website has shopping cart and secure checkout capabilities. It also has valuable back-end functions that allow Car Parts Aisle to update the website, run reports, and keep track of inventory as needed by themselves without hiring programmers.
"Car Parts Aisle offers parts for Alfa Romeos and Bentleys to Yugos," said Seth Kane, Managing Partner of hurriKane Solutions. "We wanted to create a site that would create global name recognition. That came with developing their brand in addition to creating an easy-to-use site."
In addition to the e-Commerce functions the Car Parts Aisle website is fully compliant and accessible to those with disabilities. The site is compliant with the World Wide Web Consortium Web Accessibility Guidelines Priority 3 and Section 508 standards.
